Loop just did a wedding where the bridesmaids wore the Lela Rose turquoise dress in the middle row. It's a color that looks nice on a variety of skin tones and is quite an attractive silhouette. The flowers we created were shades of orange with accents of chocolate cosmos. All in all, it was a stunning picture...hopefully we'll have images soon.
Since the bridal gown is often a starting point for the design of a wedding, I thought one of my first posts should be sharing some fabulous dresses. I really love some of the styles available these days. There's really a lot to see in the detailing. And I DO love the details. These dresses make me fall over; they are that beautiful. And the bride, the day of her wedding, I am such a cornball, I can get teary. It's just so moving. When does anyone ever get so dolled up in the name of love? Oy, let me get my hankie.
It's all about balance. The elegant dress is made more modern and fun with the addition of the necklace. Of course, with an accessory at the neck that has so much to say, we're keeping the earrings simple, and then tipping the scales again to fun and chic with a distinctive hair style. The shoes are a delicious complement to the whole ensemble. We chose a bouquet with a timeless and natural style, and kept the lines clean to harmonize with the classic modern look.
